In base alle tue esigenze: stili, conformità alla qualità, tempo di consegna, selezioniamo l'unità di produzione ideale. Abbiamo una rete molto forte di risorse di produzione per capi in pelle lavorati a maglia. Che ha una ricca eredità nel rendere pronto da indossare con la migliore qualità. Dopo aver selezionato l'unità di produzione ideale, passeremo attraverso i dettagli al team di fabbrica e comunicheremo tutti i requisiti dell'acquirente e il team di merchandising seguirà il processo di sviluppo per ottenere il miglior risultato.

Sviluppo di campioni per venditori
Le nostre linee di campionamento dedicate e la forza lavoro di grande esperienza impiegano solitamente 2 settimane per creare i modelli di carta e classificare le dimensioni prima di tagliare e cucire i campioni.
Offriamo il servizio di campionatura del venditore, poiché comprendiamo perfettamente che l'acquirente ha bisogno di questi campionamenti per utilizzarli a fini di vendita e marketing. Per prima cosa sviluppiamo il prototipo con il tessuto disponibile a costo zero.
Il campione del venditore sarà addebitabile in base agli stili e ad altri aspetti del capo. Il nostro tempo di consegna sarà di 4 settimane.
Produzione di massa
Dopo la conferma e la ricezione dei campioni finali approvati, dell'ordine di acquisto, della grafica e della ricezione dell'acconto, i tempi di produzione generalmente richiederanno da 4 a 8 settimane
Distinte di imballaggio, fatture di consegna, moduli di dichiarazione personalizzata, permessi di esportazione, servizi di trasporto aereo e marittimo, ecc ... Ci occupiamo noi di questo e inviamo i tuoi prodotti a destinazione con i nostri partner di spedizione internazionali.

1. WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?
MOQ for sportswear starts from 2000 pieces per color per design.
MOQ for circular knitwear starts from 3000 pieces per color per design.
MOQ for Sweater knitwear starts from 1000 pieces per color per design.
MOQ for denim starts from 1000 pieces per color per design.
MOQ for Leatherwear starts from 500 pieces per color per design.
2. HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE FROM DESIGN TO DELIVERY?
From design to delivery, the whole process usually takes about 3 months. Product development lead-time: 2 weeks from the payment of the product development charges and when all the details are confirmed. Sample lead-time: 3-4 weeks from the date once the tech packs are approved, and the purchase of notions/ labels/tags/packaging is made unless otherwise stated.
Mass production lead-time: 4-8 weeks from the date we received the approved tech packs, payment of the deposit, purchase order, notions/labels/ tags/packaging in order unless otherwise stated. Click here for an overview of how long each stage of the process takes.
3. WHAT FABRICS DO YOU HAVE?
We have a library full of circular knitted fabrics such as cotton, bamboo, modal, denim, and also silk, leather, and many others. We will gladly show you our fabric swatches depending on your budget and designs. We also offer fabric sourcing as part of our service should you have a particular fabric in mind that is not available in our library.

4. HOW DO I SELECT MY FABRICS?
Once you have filled in our pre-fill form with your fabric reference for each design, our sourcing team will take 2-3 days to source for suitable fabric options and send them to you for your selection before we start on the sample in your selected fabrics. The cost of shipping the samples will be borne by the customers.
5. RETURN OF PRE PRODUCTION SAMPLES
We require all approved samples to be sent back to our factory as the working and approved reference before we start production. The cost of shipping the samples will be borne by the customers.
6. SAMPLE REFUND POLICY
Sample fees can only be refunded in full if more than 1000 pieces of the sampled design in the sampled color is ordered. There is no refund for print, dye, embroidery unless more than 1000 pieces of the sampled design in the sampled color is ordered.
7. CUSTOMIZED GARMENT ACCESSORIES / PACKAGING SERVICES

8. MODE OF PAYMENT
Our Payment Procedure: We request our customers to opt for Irrevocable/ Transferable LC at sight, Bank transfer. For smaller quantity orders we instruct the buyer to remit 50% advance and 50 % against delivery. For Medium and Big quantity orders we work based on LC at sight.
For Salesman Sampling, development charges would be charged and 100 % advance payment has to be made by our customer.
9. SHIPPING OPTIONS
We provide both air and sea freight services via our various shipping partners. However as sea freight is charged on a CBM (cubic meter) basis, it might be advisable to use air freight for quantities smaller than 3000 units as it more cost and time-efficient. For smaller quantities, we do deliver at your doorstep. Customs taxes and duties might be charged on shipments going to your destination. Please note that the customer will be required to bear for the cost of these taxes and duties.
10. EXPORT CLEARANCE
All shipments handled by CP will have their export permits and customs documentation done and these charges are included in the shipping charges. If you wish to make your own shipping arrangements, please note that TCP will price the order on a FOB (Free on board) basis and TCP shall not be responsible for the export clearance of the goods to your destination.
11. INSURANCE
For shipping, we do not buy insurance by default. For instances where the shipment is missing or are stuck in your destination country customs, The Calendula Park is not liable for any losses after the goods have been handed over to the shipper. Please kindly arrange for the purchase of insurance based on your cargo invoice value to ensure your goods against such force manure occurrences.
